Healthy Living Week

The healthy living themes that will run throughout the week in school are:
  • Stay hydrated – fill up from the tap
  • Focus on fibre – for meals and snacks
  • Reduce food waste – know your portions
  • Get at least 5 a day – put plenty on your plate
  • Vary your protein – be more creative
There will be various activities planned for students during the week which are linked to these key ideas.
