Safety & Concern Form
This form is for you to raise a concern for yourself – or for a friend – that you may not feel comfortable sharing directly with an adult. We know this can be tough, but please be assured that we will do everything we can to support you in the most appropriate way.
Your responses will be seen by a member of the safeguarding team, who may contact you for more information. Conversations may need to be shared with others, but we will only do that if we have concerns for your safety that may need further help.
If you would rather speak to an adult directly, please come and see Miss McConville or your Head of Year, or speak to an adult you feel comfortable sharing with. We are all here to help.
